Department’s ICT Strategy

21st Century- Ready Digital Leaders in an ICT-Enriched Learning Environment 

A whole-school approach to developing 21st century-ready digital leaders within an ICT-enriched environment is adopted, emphasising four key domains.

Domain 1 - Curriculum, Pedagogy & Assessment

Meaningful integration of ICT to enhance teaching and learning across all subject areas, empowering students with essential skills for the future.

Domain 2 - Student Development

To develop 21st Century Competencies and skills in students through the effective use of ICT and nurture student leaders who can positively influence peers on safe and responsible use of ICT.

Domain 3 - Teachers’ Professional Development

     Teachers at Haig Girls' School take part in school-wide training, workshops, and conferences. They collaborate in Teacher Learning Communities, observe one another’s lessons, and receive individual coaching. These efforts support the design of meaningful, ICT-enriched learning experiences for students.
