21st Century- Ready Digital Leaders in an ICT-Enriched Learning Environment
A whole-school approach to developing 21st century-ready digital leaders within an ICT-enriched environment is adopted, emphasising four key domains.
Domain 1 - Curriculum, Pedagogy & Assessment
Meaningful integration of ICT to enhance teaching and learning across all subject areas, empowering students with essential skills for the future.

Domain 3 - Teachers’ Professional Development
Teachers at Haig Girls' School take part in school-wide training, workshops, and conferences. They collaborate in Teacher Learning Communities, observe one another’s lessons, and receive individual coaching. These efforts support the design of meaningful, ICT-enriched learning experiences for students.
